When you join IKOR as a franchise owner, you provide greatly needed advocacy and oversight services to meet the needs of clients in your own territory. Being an IKOR franchise owner is much more than just owning a business – it’s also about making a positive impact on people’s lives and creating a legacy. You will become a passionate voice and a trusted advisor for the elderly and disabled in your community.
We pride ourselves on understanding and considering all of the circumstances of your specific situation. With that being said, we do have a few requirements:
- You must have at least $150,000 in liquid funds, in addition to one year of personal living expenses.
- You must be comfortable functioning in both medical and business environments.
- Our business is driven by referrals, therefore you must enjoy meeting new people, building relationships, and be comfortable in social situations.
- You must have a passion for service and a desire for owning a community-based business.
